Take a shower. Select enough mask powder to cover body. Simply mix together: equal parts mask powder and plain water, rose water or for extra dry skin: milk. Apply to full body or selected areas. Leave on until completely dry (around 30 minutes). Shower again, washing mask off with water and soft cloth. Be careful not to scrub skin while washing off mask. (Excessive scrubbing can cause damage to skin). Be gentle!
