By nourishing the hair roots and scalp, it is known to reduce hair fall and premature baldness, clears dandruff from scalp, thus promoting healthy and lustrous hair with no side effects.

Brahmi – Amla Hair Growth Pack Made at Home –by L.J. O’Neal, writer. Why Amla for Hair?

The scientific name for Amla is Emblica officinalis. It’s more commonly known as Indian gooseberry. Amla powder (Emblica officinalis) is a wonderful cleansing agent for both the skin and hair. It imparts luster to hair and protects from dandruff, also helps prevent premature gray hair. Amla stimulates growth of hair on the scalp, and strengthens the hair roots, thus preventing hair loss. Amla extract in all natural shampoo does not deposit any color on the hair and can be used by everyone. Amla extract helps replace the nourishment lost by hair gels, chemical hair color and hair spray.

Brahmi - Amla Deep Conditioning Hair Growth Mask

To simply mix with plain or rose water, you can use the directions located on the package of Saba’s Brahmi Powder or try this suggestion.
2 tablespoons each of Brahmi powder, Amla powder
1 tablespoon each of Tulsi powder and Neem powder
Note: Neem powder has a very pungent smell, so add 1-2 drops of a fragrant essential oil, if desired. (lavender, rosemary, ylang-ylang, etc.)
Mix the Saba powders together; add enough water to make a workable pudding-like paste. (If desired, you can add ⅛ to ¼ cup of melted coconut oil to paste.) Apply to hair; cover with plastic wrap or cap. Leave on for 30 minutes; then gently rinse hair with warm water. If desired, follow up with Lustrous Henna Shampoo Powder to make sure all powder has been removed from hair; no need to use an additional conditioner.

More About Tulsi and Neem Powders

Tulsi powder helps to achieve stronger and healthy skin and hair by hydrating the scalp, treating and removing dandruff. Tulsi powder nourishes dry scalp for a healthy and itch-free scalp. Tulsi energizes hair by promoting blood circulation.
Known benefit of neem leaf powder for scalp and hair: Helps control dandruff, reduce scalp itchiness, enhances hair growth rate and conditions hair. The benefits far outweigh the rather pungent smell; no worries: the smell doesn’t remain after conditioning.
