Homemade Hair Growth Packs –Have You Tried Them? –by L.J. O’Neal, writer.The following hair growth pack is commonly used to moisturize hair and aid in clearing up problem dandruff and other scalp conditions; even lice and fungus.

Lemony Egg and Yogurt Hair Growth Pack

Mix one cup of yogurt with one egg and the juice of one lemon into a workable paste.

Apply paste to the entire length of hair from roots to the tips. Wrap hair with plastic wrap (like Saran wrap); then cover with a plastic cap. Leave pack on for 45 minutes; then rinse with cool water.  Next, shampoo your hair with a natural shampoo like, Lustrous Henna Shampoo powder or Imbue Natural Shampoo and Imbue Natural Conditioner.

Due to the drying properties of the following pack: Before applying, massage your hair with extra-virgin olive oil (EEVO), coconut oil, almond oil or other hair-friendly oil.

In a bowl, mix ¼ cup of yogurt with enough Pure Henna Powder to make a workable paste (consistency of pudding). Add a tablespoon of pure lemon juice, if desired for added shine.

Mix all ingredients well and apply to the entire length of hair from roots to the tips. Wrap hair with plastic wrap (like Saran wrap); then cover with a plastic cap. Leave pack on for 30 minutes; then rinse with cool water.

The following day, shampoo your hair with a natural shampoo like, Lustrous Henna Shampoo powder or Imbue Natural Shampoo and Imbue Natural Conditioner.

If you have a problem with extremely dry and damaged hair, then this banana hair pack will help repair your hair.

Baby Banana Hair Growth Pack
I-2 baby jar(s) banana OR 1 banana
1 teaspoon of almond oil

Mash a banana really well (until very smooth) or just use a couple of jars of baby food bananas. Add the almond oil to the banana and mix well.

Apply banana mixture to the entire length of hair from roots to the tips. Wrap hair with plastic wrap (like Saran wrap); then cover with a plastic cap. Leave pack on for 30 minutes; then rinse with cool water.  Next, shampoo your hair with a natural shampoo like, Lustrous Henna Shampoo powder or Imbue Natural Shampoo and Imbue Natural Conditioner.
