Methi fenugreek plantThe Power of Methi (Fenugreek)

It is well-known throughout India that the seeds of this flowering herb are quite powerful. The entire plant has medicinal benefits, however methi (fenugreek) seeds are and excellent natural hair treatment for follicular issues. It is a great source of protein that penetrates the hair shaft and then fills the hair shaft with moisture.

Methi seeds also contain high levels of lecithin. Lecithin is a natural emollient that gives strength and moisture to hair. This is the reason that methi (fenugreek) is one of the herbal ingredients in some of Saba Botanical's natural hair products that strengthen each strand of hair from root to tip.
