From Henna Hair Color to Black -A Quest Leads to Invention.

www.SabaBotanical.com Black Hair to Premature Gray Hair to Henna Hair Color to Black Hair

Syed was only in his early twenties when his black hair started turning to premature gray hair. He believed that this premature gray hair was hurting his image. Desiring his natural hair, Syed began his struggle to keep his formerly youthful appearance. At the time, using an all-natural hair dye was not even a thought. Like countless other men and women, he used chemical dyes to hide the premature gray hair. However, after a couple years of use he started to experience allergic reactions to the dye: intensely itchy scalp left red and irritated. Unfortunately, his problem only got worse, even with so-called ‘mild’ hair dye. He was left with thinning hair and several bald spots. His thick black hair was gone and what was left was: thin, premature gray hair.

Eventually, following a friend’s advice, he decided to use what he thought was an all-natural hair dye product, "black henna" also called Kali Mendhi (Hindi translation for black henna). The result was a nightmare! It ended with a trip to the Emergency Room: Blisters all over his scalp and sideburns, a swollen face and his eyes were almost sealed shut. He later found out that the Kali Mendhi black henna, contained para-phenylenediamine (PPD). The reason for the adverse reaction uncovered! The quest continued to find an all-natural hair dye that was free of ammonia, peroxide, PPD and similar chemicals.

At last he thought he found the natural hair color answer: pure henna. Syed started using pure henna to cover his gray. The result from using pure henna as an all-natural hair dye? His hair and scalp were revitalized. However, there was one big negative. The henna hair color was a frightful reddish-orange! This strange red hair was not what he desired. He didn't want the traditional henna hair color. All he ever wanted was his natural hair. He wanted his black hair back!

All Natural Hair Dye Quest of Syed Abbas Leads to Invention

Obtaining the henna hair color led to finally realizing that he couldn’t find a hair dye that would cover premature gray hair NATURALLY and give him back his black hair. He learned that there is no plant that grows in nature that produces a black hair color by itself. Therefore, he decided that he would have to invent the hair dye himself by using the power of pure henna combined with other natural botanical ingredients. www.SabaBotanical.com

His quest came to fruition after several years of research. He worked in collaboration with the AMA Herbal Company of India who had only worked with natural dyes for textiles, previously. Finally, the brainchild of Syed Abbas came to realization: a revolutionary 100% natural hair dye that does not contain toxic chemicals. It's called, Lustrous Henna®. No more 'henna hair color'! Additionally, combining pure henna with natural extracts achieved not only black hair color, but an all-natural hair dye producing other natural hair color shades. A choice of soft black, dark brown, brown, mahogany, red (no more henna hair color!), blonde, golden blonde, medium blonde and medium golden blonde are currently available.

Lustrous Henna® also caused Syed to create an application process that is safe, healthy and very easy to use. Just mix and apply. No need to wait for countless hours. Lustrous Henna® results are much quicker than the traditional henna prep that involves several hours to complete. A wonderful bonus is that Lustrous Henna® is an all-natural hair dye that also conditions the hair. An excellent benefit to hair color!
